I put it on my mp3 player and work out to it and am losing weight fast. I look forward to every week. The Ben Double M mashup was my favorite of this show. I have a soft spot for mashups with the Jackson 5 , they always sound so damn energetic. I need to collect all the ones with them and put them together.
